Finalists include early-stage startups in healthtech, AI, cleantech, agritech, and logistics, with use cases in their target markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Future is Female Mentorship Programme was founded in 2020 by Claudine Moore, Africa\u2019s managing director at the PR firm&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.allisonworldwide.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Allison<\/a>, and founder of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/cmooremedia.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">C.Moore Media<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The annual programme is organised in partnership with several media and communications companies and investors in female-led businesses to provide media training to female founders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/salesforceventures.com\/impact-fund\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Salesforce Ventures Impact Fund<\/a>, the impact investment arm of Salesforce,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/techcabal.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TechCabal<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.africacommunicationsweek.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Africa Communications Week<\/a>, and startup database company&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.f6s.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">F6S<\/a>&nbsp;partnered for this year\u2019s edition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIn five years, we have supported hundreds of African female tech founders and are delighted to have support from long-term partners. We remain committed to scaling the initiative with supporting African female founders as our priority objective,\u201d said Moore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the training, Claudine Moore will lead the first masterclass, joined by Africa Communications Week co-founders, Annie Mutumba and Eniola Harrison. TechCabal will lead masterclasses on how to work with the media. Salesforce Ventures Impact Fund will teach about venture capital funding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The selected finalists for the 2024 program come from different African countries. These founders are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Morocco<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Adjayi Cyrus, founder of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mystep-s.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">My Steps<\/a>, an incentive-based health-tech app that rewards users for maintaining daily health routines through eco-friendly mobility.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/nassimabenrahmoune-aui\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nassima Ben<\/a>, founder of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/feizhoucom.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Feizhoucom<\/a>, a startup building technology products, software solutions, and mobile apps for startups in Morocco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rwanda<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/alinenicole\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aline Nicole (ADD).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maureen Macharia, Founder of&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/cluzar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cluzar<\/a>, an AI-powered customer feedback and market research startup enabling organizations to connect and gather insights from current and potential consumers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nigeria<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a
